@evenstar: Thanks! It did turn out to be a pretty picture. I did not have much hopes for this pic when I took it but it kind of blended in with my blog's background.
@evenstar: i wonder why the rocket exhaust is white. i have always assumed that the contrails are condensed water vapor droplets but then, the shuttle's solid rocket engine burns aluminium and ammonium perchlorate... and i suspect it is the other crap which make the plumes... (i am too tired and hungry now to google this. so let me leave the onus of figuring that out to you!)

Aha! pretty-pretty! Those are 'rockets' I think. They leave a white trail behind. Never seen them in the evening sky.
