@m.: You are almost there! If you have not been to San Antonio, it is the only place in the US with the class of Europe. Indeed from where I took this picture, there was a small river, on both sides of which were trees and dinner tables (with restaurants), spanish music was being played with well dressed gentlemen with an occasional lady showing her dance skills, and finally boats to ferry passengers through this delightful menagerie! It was one of the best downtowns ever. The riverwalk in San Antonio is very very tastefully done.

@m. : Ah! Thats what it is called (I googled it and yes, you are right!)... I find that flamenco music puts me on an instant mode of irrepressible cheer. :)
